Shadow Work Workshop : Receiving Pleasure — Softening the Blocks to Joy and Nourishment

Is it hard to let yourself fully enjoy rest, play, or pleasure? Many of us unconsciously block joy because it feels unsafe, selfish, or indulgent. This leaves life flat, heavy, or relentlessly serious.

Here you’ll explore the protectors that shut down joy and reclaim the suppressed playful spirit inside. Through guided practices, you’ll allow your body to feel safe in pleasure again, opening the flow of joy, nourishment, and abundance.

3-Hour Format
Many of us unconsciously block pleasure, joy, or abundance, fearing it is indulgent or unsafe. This workshop helps you reclaim the right to receive life’s nourishment without shame.
Full-Day Format
A deep dive into pleasure as medicine. We’ll explore the protectors that suppress joy, the body memories that distrust safety in pleasure, and the suppressed playful spirit within. Through breathwork, body-based practices, and guided ritual, you’ll allow joy, rest, and abundance back into your life.
