It is that time again to be able to get together and visit with many family members.
We are beginning our meetings for our 2026 Gregorio and Ana Esparza Family Reunion, which is scheduled for the weekend of July 10th thru July 12th, 2026 (main event, as usual, being all day Saturday, July 11th).
Our first meeting for the 2026 Family Reunion is set for August 3, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Cafe Chris in Pleasanton.
If you want to volunteer and help plan this 2026 reunion please join us Sunday, August 3, 2025. Let's make it easy for everyone and volunteer! Please spread the word to other family members. We will concentrate on the committee assignments at this first meeting.
The City of Pleasanton requested the Longhorn Museum exhibit the Esparza Reunion's Portrait of Gregorio Esparza by Gary Zaboly during the summer ( July 1st thru September 1st ). The portrait will then be returned to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas ( DRT ) Library in San Antonio. This request will help promote Gregorio Esparza and at the same time give us an opportunity for the Pleasanton Express to announce our first 2026 Gregorio and Ana Esparza Family Reunion meeting. Please try to visit the museum during this time and let family and friends know the portrait is on display at the Longhorn Museum.
