We’re hosting a practical self-defense clinic focused on what actually works—and what won’t get you in legal trouble.

This isn’t a flashy, fear-based seminar. It’s an honest look at some classic self-defense concepts, updated for modern situations. We’ll cover a few fundamentals, explore how to move under pressure, and discuss how to avoid escalation.

We’re also working with local law enforcement to ensure the behaviors we recommend make sense both physically and legally. If you’ve ever wanted to get a better understanding of self-defense beyond the clichés, this is a great place to start.
