Divine Om Yoga Events

I'm excited to bring in the fall with 3 yoga events designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Sunday August 21st - Move and Breathe-Morning Clarity
Join my sister and I via zoom in Maine in a session with restorative yoga and breathwork.

Wednesday September 17th - Petals and Peace- Sunset Serenity
Join me among the wildflowers at Where the Wild Flowers Bloom for a yoga flow renewing the body and mind ending with a warm fall drink and 10 stems to take home.

Monday October 8th- Sacred Moon Flow- Lunar Release
Join me under the the full moon for a evening of movement, stillness, and deep renewal. We’ll flow through a gentle, grounding yoga practice designed to release what no longer serves you.
