We had 19 participants in class this week—what a blessing! Due to growing interest, we’re excited to announce a second class has been added.

📅 Class Schedule:
🕤 Mondays at 9:30 A.M.
🕤 Thursdays at 9:30 A.M. (New!)
Attend one or both sessions each week—everyone is welcome!

💪 Bring light hand weights or stretch bands if you’d like—and join us for a time of movement, Scripture, and fellowship.
