We’re excited to welcome Penny Cleveland, Occupational Therapist, as she begins a weekly Balance Class on Monday, July 7 at 9:30 AM in the FLC Fellowship Hall.

This is a great opportunity to improve your strength, stability, and confidence—especially for seniors and those wanting to prevent falls.
