Tapping (EFT) with Laurie Anderson

Tapping is a quick and simple way to relieve stress at the brain level.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. EFT is a practical self-help method that involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines while focusing on whatever specific issue or problem we'd like to change. EFT can be used for anxiety, weight loss issues, pain, stress and many other issues.

EFT works with the limbic system, specifically the amygdala, which doesn't understand spoken language which is why traditional talk therapy is relatively ineffective for many issues. Tapping on negative feelings and memories sends a message to the amygdala that there is no longer a threat present. The therapeutic effects of this technique are recognized around the world.

Meet attendees and then we'll do group tapping and enjoy the shared benefits, even when tapping on someone else's issue.
