Join us for an epic bikepacking adventure along the Rock Island Spur on May 17-18! Whether you're new to bikepacking or a seasoned adventurer, this two-day ride promises scenic trails, great company, and an unforgettable overnight camping experience.

🚴‍♂️ May 17 - Day 1: Pleasant Hill → Windsor (47.7 miles)

• Meet at the Pleasant Hill Trailhead on Saturday morning
• Ride the beautiful Rock Island Spur, part of the Katy Trail system
• Enjoy scenic views, historic rail towns, and rolling countryside
• Refuel stops available in Chilhowee and Leeton
• Arrive at Katy Rock Junction Campground in Windsor
• Set up camp, relax by the fire, and share stories from the ride

🏕️ Saturday Night Camping:

• Katy Rock Junction Campground ($15 per tent, CASH)
• Campsites include showers and restrooms
• Bring your own tent, sleeping gear, and food—or ride into Windsor for dinner

🚴‍♀️ May 18 - Day 2: Windsor → Pleasant Hill (47.7 miles)

• Pack up and hit the trail back to Pleasant Hill
• Enjoy the peaceful morning ride with fresh air and sunrise views
• Plan to stop for water, snacks, and breaks along the way

✔️ Self-supported ride – bring your own gear, food, and essentials
✔️ Water and food are available along the route, but plan ahead and bring enough nutrition, water, and supplies (camping gear, extra layers, tools, and spares) for the entire weekend.
✔️ No drop ride – ride at your own pace, but we’ll regroup at key points
✔️ Expect crushed limestone surfaces – wider tires recommended
✔️ Perfect for gravel bikes, mountain bikes, and adventure rigs

This is a fun, low-key adventure—a chance to challenge yourself, make new friends, and enjoy the beauty of Missouri’s trails.
