Meditation with Wood Violet Sangha

You're invited to the first ever gathering of the Wood Violet Sangha! This is a meditation group practicing in the Plum Village tradition.

6:30pm - 8pm
at Rountree Gallery
Free to attend

Gatherings will continue on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month.

The evening will consist of introductions, a sangha song, a guided sitting meditation, walking meditation, and dharma sharing. Whether you're a total beginner to meditation (and thinking "What do all these words mean??") or you've been practicing for ages, all are welcome! Instructions will be provided throughout the evening.
