The Fine Print
• $250 per block, due in full at booking
• $500 for a full 10-hour day (both blocks)
• Each rental block includes five total hours, which must cover set-up, party/event time, and cleanup
• Nonrefundable and nontransferable to another person
• You may exchange for another available block if open
• If no other dates are available, the original reservation must be used
• Event Assistant is there to:
• Unlock and lock the building
• Answer renter questions
• Direct renters to equipment (tables/chairs) and cleaning supplies
• Not responsible for setting up, tearing down, or cleaning up after your event
