Join us in 2025 for Full Moon Yoga at Sunset in the Park-FREE

Join us at sunset on this first of 4 full moon dates, where we'll align with the moon's energy of completion, release and renewal. As the full moon rises, we'll flow through gentle poses, honoring the cycle of growth and transformation knowing that, like the moon, we are always evolving.

~All levels flow yoga on the lawn
~Bring your own mat or bring a beach towel. If you don't have a mat, one can be provided. (supplies limited)
~No registration, just SHOW N GO!
