Calling in the Light: A Manifestation Day Retreat
On the Winter Solstice, you are invited to participate in ceremony with community to create, heal and grow.
The light of a brand new year is being lit, deep within the darkness. The same thing is happening within you. A new light is being lit within you right now, a new fire is beginning to burn. It brings with it an understanding that anything is possible in the coming months. This is a time of pure potential.
Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony (1:00pm-1:45pm)
Accept an invitation to connect deeply with your heart, set powerful intentions, and receive wisdom from the Earth. Cacao opens the heart, clears mental blockages, and creates space for healing, insight, and emotional release.
Manifestation Box Workshop (1:45-4pm)
Participate in a workshop learning how to use manifestation consistently in your life. Intentionally create a manifestation box with paint, markers, crystals, embellishments, moss, herbs, affirmations, and much more. Jenny will guide you through quantum meditation for activation and teach you how to continue to utilize ritual and ceremony for abundance.
Break (4:00-4:30pm)
Take some time to snack, get a drink, or pull oracle cards to practice your intuition as we transition into a new space.
Winter Solstice Sound Bath Journey with Amanda Kreutzer, Sound Practitioner (4:30-5:30pm)
Amanda from Heart Centered Guidance will guide us into a deeper state of meditation with the power of intention matched with frequency.
Closing Yule Fire Ceremony/Reflections (5:30-6:00pm)
Participate in a Yule Fire Ceremony to close out the day. The Yule log was burned to bring good luck, prosperity, and protection for the coming year.
