Youth MMA Open Mat

This Open Mat is for ages 17 & under, MMA only. We’ll follow the USAMMA ruleset as a guideline. Just like any open mat, there will be no winners or losers—just lots of rounds, learning, and fun!

✅ 3 rings available (2 taped off, 1 floor cage)
✅ Each ring monitored by a coach for safety
✅ No coaching during rounds
✅ Matchups made based on participants present
✅ Rounds: 1 x 2 minutes each (multiple rounds expected, but not guaranteed)
