Float and Heal is a restorative sound bath experience held in the water, designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Soak in healing frequencies while floating in a pool of intention and peace. This is your space to soften, breathe, and let go.

This event is perfect for those seeking nervous system relief, spiritual grounding, or a moment to simply be.

What to Bring:

Swimsuit or water-safe clothing
Pool float or lounger (a few will be available to borrow)
Towel, water bottle, and anything you need for comfort
