Join us for a morning filled with mindful exercise and great times as you stretch to touch the clouds above the Renaissance Hotel's rooftop pool deck! ☁️

💪 About the Class:

An instructor from inLIFE Wellness will lead you through a 45-minute Mat Pilates workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and ready to take on your Saturday!

This is a no equipment session -- just you, a mat and a great attitude! All levels are encouraged to participate (especially if this is your first time trying mat pilates)!

☀️ What to Expect:

After you make your way up to the rooftop pool deck and check-in, you will select your mat and find a Legacy Wellness Collective swag bag with water to sip throughout your workout.

The session will start at 8am, so we encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.

Venture up Renaissance Hotel's lobby elevators to the third-floor Zen Pool to experience relaxation + rejuvenation with rooftop pilates.
