Mederos MMA Workshop

Join us for an intensive 2-day MMA workshop led by a current UFC athlete. This is a rare opportunity to train directly under a professional fighter actively competing at the highest level of the sport.

Over two days, you’ll focus on sharpening your striking fundamentals, improving your grappling transitions, and developing the fight IQ needed to compete. Sessions will include live drilling, technique breakdowns, and situational work drawn from real fight experience.

Whether you’re an amateur fighter, competitor preparing for your next bout, or a serious martial artist looking to level up, this workshop is designed to push your skills forward in a focused, structured environment.

Open to all levels. Must be ready to train hard, stay respectful, and learn.
