• All the steps to make nice macarons
• To make a French meringue
• To make a ganache
• To use a pastry bag

• You will work in teams of 2
• Macaron classes are limited to 14 students
• Class is hands on
• Macarons classes are 2 hours long
• You will leave with a box of your own macarons (About 10 macarons)
