Jess made history as the first openly transgender mayor in Texas, and her story is one of courage, authenticity, and leadership. She’ll be sharing her experience as an elected official in a conservative state, how she navigated coming out while in office, and what it means to advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights in public service.
