Recentering During Times of Uncertainty: A Workshop for Seeking Peace and Alignment

Well 2025 has been quite the ride so far, and it can be hard for us to focus on ourselves including self care and our own goals when it feels like the world is constantly on fire. Let's come together for a time of quiet reflection so we can take a break from the world and give ourselves a chance to remember what is important to us this year.

Be sure to have paper, markers, crayons, pens, or something on your computer with an app that you can create with for this workshop! This event will be great for anyone ready to quiet their minds from the outside noise and be inspired for the rest of 2025.
