Salt & Sound - Sound Bath in the Cave

Join us as Laura Degelmann of Soul-full Notes Sound Healing fills the cave with her healing sounds! Relax and rebalance your mind, body, and soul with a restorative sound healing session. Attending a sound healing session can help restore the body's natural frequencies that often become out of sync as we live our lives. During the session you will tune into beautiful tones from a variety of healing instruments, including crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, drums, and shakers. Take the time to experience the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits you can receive from immersing yourself in this amazing experience!

While your parasympathetic nervous system is being brought to a healing state, your body will have an even greater opportunity to benefit from the effects of the halotherapy.

**Please note: individuals who have pacemakers, implanted pumps/devices, epilepsy, and women who are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy are advised not to participate in sound baths. Feel free to bring a mat if you would like to participate on the floor.
