Strong People Strong Bodies

Strong People Strong Bodies will be kicking off September 2nd! It will include 2 sessions per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 - 3:00 PM and 4:00 - 5:00 PM at CFVH in Plains until November 25th.

This is a great course for men and women of all ages to increase strength, muscle mass, bone density and balance. Low Impact Strength Training is the name of the game and we want Sanders County residents to join us!

Registration for this course is $10 (to be paid at first class).
