Unbroken Group

What is a processing group? Our brains have 2 types of "matter" that communicate with each other- Grey Matter and White Matter. For most things, this communication happens quickly but sometimes, things get stuck. A processing group allows us to come together with other people and openly talk about whatever is "stuck" in our minds.

Unbroken Family Counseling is big on community support so we are starting a weekly processing group at both of our Plainfield locations. Please register through our website or contact the office. This is not a commitment to a long group process this is a week to week check-in in a safe environment lead by licensed mental health therapists.
