Nationalities Council of Indiana (NCI) supports cultural social clubs, performers, culinary professionals, and education throughout the state. The NCI Gala Fundraiser is our annual event to raise money for our 3-day Indy International Festival held every year in November during International Education Week. We also host our annual NCI Queen Pageant to find an ambassador to advocate NCI's initiatives and promote goodwill among different ethnicities.
