Seasonal changes can have a real impact on mood, energy, and motivation. If you notice emotional or behavioral shifts during the winter months, you are not alone.
This therapist-led group is designed for adults who experience seasonal mood changes or “winter blues.” Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to support emotional well-being during colder months while benefiting from a structured, supportive group environment.
