Through playful, Halloween-inspired practices, you’ll create a one of a kind eerie canvas masterpiece through the practice of intuitive painting, smell seasonal aromas that awaken childhood Halloween memories, taste surprising ghoulish tidbits that invite curiosity, touch unique textures for grounding and awareness, and listen to hauntingly soothing sounds that set the mood. Together, we’ll savor the details of the evening with mindful attention while turning off our internal critic to create a free-spirited, spooky Halloween canvas painting with acrylic paints.
