During a mindful savoring session, craft your own reiki-infused simmer pot with herbs, fruits, and spices to take home—infusing your space with fragrance and intention. Then, sip hand-brewed tea with a magical twist, indulge in a spooky fall sweet treat, and leave with your heart and home wrapped in seasonal enchantment after a mini calming exercise.
