Join Erin, a sound healer and Reiki practitioner, for this chakra balancing meditation with crystal singing bowls.

The guided meditation will be followed by a relaxing sound bath with the soothing harmonies of crystal singing bowls and gongs.

Chairs are available or you may bring a mat to lie on the floor if you prefer.
