Variety's Got Talent! Showcasing Yinzers to Help Kids with Disabilities

The inaugural Variety’s Got Talent competition and FUNdraising extravaganza will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at the Sunken Bus Studios.

VGT will showcase 9 entertainers/artists of all varieties in an engaging, competitive show with the winner taking home a grand prize of $1,000 that's generously provided by The Buhl Foundation!

All proceeds from this event will directly benefit , a local non-profit organization that empowers children with disabilities and their families to truly live life to the fullest by providing inclusive social experiences and life-changing mobility / communication equipment to ensure our most vulnerable youth are no longer left out, behind, or excluded from life.

By first listening to parents express the need, Variety’s My Bike® Program kicked off November 2012. The success of My Bike led to Variety’s My Stroller® and My Voice® Programs, which both began Nov. 2014.

In total, Variety has provided more than 8,600 adaptive bikes, adaptive strollers, and communication devices to children and families throughout Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia (surpassing $13 million in equipment).

Simply put, Variety helps kids, be kids by meeting tangible (unmet) needs that are empowering children with disabilities to thrive at home, school, and within the community.
