REMEDY: Flower essence club

REMEDY a monthly flower essence club. think of it like a book club where we gather, work with a particular essence, we journal, we experience, and then we gather again to share how our month was and what we noticed.This is an experiential club not a study club, the only teachers are the flowers and our bodies/spirits.

What are flower essences? Flower essences are a vibrational/energetic medicine that attune our bodies and help us integrate, process and heal. Think of them as SOUL medicine.

each month we will select an essence to work with (if you're new to flower essences no worries, we got you covered) set some intetnions for the month, journal, and share space. On the Full moon you will recieve an email with writing prompts to help you reflect on any themes/healing/ downloads and explorations.
