📣 We’re so excited to be in the pre-launch season of Homechurch, a new church community starting in Pittsburgh. Beginning this fall, we will gather in homes on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month for "beta" home gatherings. 📣
These early gatherings are where the foundation of Homechurch is being laid. We’ll begin with a potluck breakfast (bring something to share!) and continue with worship, prayer, scripture, a short teaching and discussion. These simple, family-style services are helping us prepare for and reflect the kind of home gatherings we hope to multiply across the city when we launch in March with a rhythm of both home and corporate gatherings.
These gatherings are also where our Launch Team is forming. A launch team member is someone who helps us get Homechurch off the ground through prayer, serving, and building momentum as we prepare to officially launch. Some may feel led to join just for this season, others may stay for the long term. (Note: You absolutely don’t have to be on the launch team to attend a pre-launch gathering, but if God stirs your heart to step in, it’s one way to play a part in what He is building!)
