The Safe Sidewalks Crew is a group of volunteers collecting information about the quality and accessibility of sidewalks across the City of Pittsburgh that will be used to help see where repairs and new sidewalks are most needed. Our goal is to collect information about sidewalks (or where they're missing) for every street in the City, and WE NEED YOUR HELP to make that happen. All you have to do is go for walks in the neighborhoods where you live and work, then tell us what you notice!

At this training you will learn what makes a sidewalk safe and accessible, and we'll show you how to use a mobile "app" you can use to share your observations about sidewalk quality.
