Pittsburgh Healing Festival - 2025

The Pittsburgh Healing Festival is an annual gathering to bring together people of all ages and backgrounds who are interested in Holistic Living and want to build Community Connections.

EVENT INFO :

Previously known as the Peaceful Gathering of Hands, which has been an annual event since 2011, this Healing Festival will carry on the tradition of celebrating both our uniqueness and our commonalities. We will have 4 circles throughout the day where participants are invited to join hands in a big circle to unify and just BE together for one minute in silence.

The circles will be at 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm. In between there will be workshops, kids activities, vendors, music and drum circle, potluck, and plenty of wonderful people to connect with.Please bring a blanket, a folding chair, food to share at the potluck, instruments, and friends.

We will also have a Raffle, with various cool prizes related to Holistic Wellness. Tickets for the event are available on 3 tiers : 10$, 20$, and 40$, and for each 10$, you will get 5 tickets towards the raffle. You can get tickets here :

Kids 14 and under get in free, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you feel inspired to join us, please come by!

Location is at the top of Overlook Drive, by the swingset, near the upper entrance to the Schenley Ice Rink.

5:30-6:45 : Drum + Dance Circle - Bring Your Instruments !

7:00 - Closing Circle - Sharing Gratitude

7:30 - Watch the Sunset

8-9:00 - Community Clean-Up

DIRECTIONS TO THE PITTSBURGH HEALING FESTIVAL

There are 2 different entrances to the section of Schenley Park that we will be at. It is important to note that the Blvd. of the Allies bridge is currently closed, so I recommend taking Forbes Ave. and passing by Phipps as an alternative. For GPS, type in "Schenley Park Overlook." We will be at the very top of the hill, next to the swingset, and the upper entrance to "Schenley Park Ice Skating Rink." At the top of the hill, you should see us in the field amidst some trees, with about 10 tents. Our location is about 50 yards from the main restrooms for Schenley Oval Sports Complex (which has a soccer field and tennis courts).
