Come join us for a refreshing walk in Frick Park on May 17th! Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting out, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. Investigate new ideas from Alexander Technique that can help you improve your walking coordination & overall enjoyment of movement with other like-minded individuals.
We'll meet at 9:00 am at the beginning of Tranquil Trail, near the Lower Frick Play Area & Parking Lot. The walk will last approximately 1 hour and will follow a level path along a stream bed. Emily & Mike from Pittsburgh Alexander Technique will lead this activity.
Lace up your shoes and come out for a memorable stroll!
NB: the Regent Square Community Yard Sale is also scheduled for this date - come for the walk, stay to score some treasures!
