🍁 Join us for a culinary journey to our neighbor to the north at this year’s Britsburgh Commonwealth Dinner: Spotlight on Canada.

Enjoy a Canadian-inspired dinner featuring poutine, maple mustard glazed salmon, butter tarts, bannock bread, and more—plus a specialty Canadian whisky cocktail! After dinner, Britsburgh Board Member Kim Szczypinski will guide us through the fascinating history of Canada’s diverse food traditions, shaped by Indigenous, French, British, and immigrant influences.
