SCOTT BLASEY CELEBRATES THE FAB FOUR WITH “BLASEY DOES THE BEATLES” AT CITY WINERY PITTSBURGH
October 23–24, 2025 | An Intimate, Powerful Tribute to the Greatest Band of All Time
PITTSBURGH, PA — After the resounding success of Blasey Does Bowie, Scott Blasey, frontman of The Clarks, is headed to City Winery Pittsburgh this fall with a brand-new tribute: Blasey Does the Beatles. Set for October 23 and 24, 2025, this electrifying show will honor the legendary catalog of The Beatles with a dynamic, career-spanning performance.
Blasey’s love for the Beatles runs deep. “I remember hearing the Red and Blue albums when I was a kid and being completely blown away,” Blasey recalls. “That was my introduction to the Beatles, and it changed everything. I wore those records out. Then I went down the rabbit hole, discovering all the original British albums. That was it. I was hooked for life.”
At the heart of this production is a powerhouse backing band featuring veterans of some of Pittsburgh’s most iconic acts. With members from The Clarks, The Affordable Floors, The Spuds, 11th Hour, ATS, Hector in Paris, and Seven Color Sky, this ensemble brings unmatched authenticity and musical depth to the stage.
“This band can do it all—from the clean pop of the early days to the experimental genius of the later albums,” said Blasey. “They understand not just the notes, but the feel of what made The Beatles so timeless.” We’re not impersonating the Beatles—we’re channeling the spirit of the music and letting it shine.”
The show also features standout vocal performances by Holly Scott and Sarah Siplak, who will bring lush harmonies and vibrant energy to the evening’s repertoire. Together, the ensemble will trace the Beatles’ evolution—from the innocence of I Want to Hold Your Hand to the sonic complexity of Revolver and Abbey Road.
Blasey Does the Beatles promises an evening of nostalgia, energy, and heartfelt homage from one of Pittsburgh’s most beloved performers. Whether you grew up with the Beatles or discovered them like Blasey did—needle to vinyl—this is a show for anyone who’s ever loved a great song.
