I saw Joel’s event page last year, which is the reason I ultimately went, so I decided to make another one this year for visibility purposes. His post was my tipping point in me deciding to go last year and I’m so grateful for last year and all the people I met.

Big shoutout to Frick Park Market for being a homebase for when I was not at Velum Fermentation for the event last year . Their sandwiches are insanity, although honorable mention to Gabriel and friends over at Cold Friends Kitchen and the thought and care that went into the menu.
