The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival, a production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, is a celebration of the arts in Pittsburgh attracting thousands of guests from the region and beyond for live music, an Artist Market, dance, gallery exhibitions, creative family activities, and more. The Festival has remained free and open to everyone since its founding in 1960.
This year, the 2025 Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival's format will be changing as construction of its future home at the 8th Street Block Civic Space begins this April. In addition to the 8th Street Block Civic Space, several other downtown renovation projects introduced challenges at other potential host sites.
Now, the Cultural Trust has identified a one-year-only host site location for this summer’s Festival, June 5-8, in the riverfront lots at the 15th Street Plaza along Waterfront Place in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. Thanks to The Buncher Company, who owns the property, and lot operator, Alco, the Festival will take place near its namesake three rivers, not far from its future long-term home in the Cultural District.
The following concerts will take place on the Dollar Bank Main Stage, located on the west side of the riverfront lots at the 15th Street Plaza along Waterfront Place.

Megan Paullet & The HR Department (6-7 pm)
