Electric
Amplify the frequency of your souls purpose. Challenge your body and mind to step into who you are created to be. Reject all standards by electrifying your energy with breatwork and movement.

Seated on your Mat: 10:20AM

Stay as long as you like

Your Mat
Your towel
Your friend(s) and/or family

All sessions are $10.00.
Limited mats will be available if you forget yours.
