Group Guided Reiki Meditation

If you've ever wanted to try Reiki, this is a great opportunity! There will be a guided group meditation, and each participant will also receive one-on-one attention.

The investment for this class is $15 per person, and will run from 12:30pm to 1:30pm weekly through the month of May. If there is enough interest, we will keep it going. Cash is preferred.

The meditation may either be done sitting or lying down. We have a limited number of mattresses and chairs available, which will be first come first served. We also have extra yoga mats, pillows, bolsters, and blankets. Feel free to bring your own comfortable mat or chair if you like!

This experience is led by LaStacia Ross, BSW, AA Dance. LaStacia is a Reiki Master/Teacher, with 15 years of experience in Reiki and Vibrational Energy Therapy, and has written an Intuitive Reiki Manual. She is a Spiritual Life Coach, Somatic Integration and Sound Therapy Practitioner, who leads private sessions, weekly classes, and various workshops and events here at Eclectic Soul Studio.
