Eat Smart, Live Strong: Colorful and Classic Favorites

Join us at the Pittsburg Library for a fun and engaging health and nutrition series designed especially for adults ages 60–74 and caregivers of older adults! Eat Smart, Live Strong helps seniors learn how to eat healthier and stay active through simple, hands-on strategies. Each session focuses on easy ways to enjoy more fruits and vegetables and live a more active lifestyle. No registration required.
