Join CARE for a spooktacular evening at our Halloween Yappy Hour! Bring your pups, your people, and your best costumes for a dog-friendly night of fun, food, and fundraising.
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Costume Fashion Show with awards in two categories:
- Best Family Ensemble. Two+ humans with dog all in costume.
- Owner/Pet Duo: Lookalike/same costume or things that go together like Batman & Robin, Shaggy & Scooby Doo, a gardener and a plant. Lots of room for creativity!
Musical Sit Contest – walk your dog to the music, and when it stops, the fastest sitter wins.
To enter either contest, we’ll ask for an optional donation to CARE in any amount. Every dollar supports CARE’s mission to ensure the health and safety of dogs and cats in Chatham County. 🐶

ADMISSION
Your $10 entry fee includes two drink tickets and snacks!
YAPPY HOUR ETIQUETTE
Participating dogs must be:
- Kept in outdoor areas.
- Well socialized.
- Leashed in hand at all times.
- Vaccinated for rabies.
Owners must:
- Use non-retractable leashes.
-Clean dog waste immediately.
- Be 21 years or older to partake in alcoholic beverages.
