Bynum Twilight Paddle

Join us for a magical twilight tour of Bynum Lake on the Haw River. Our guides will lead you through the maze of islands, up the river to witness the setting sun or rising moon, and safely back in the settling dark.

With a primitive put-in, river rocks and a small amount of current to navigate, this trip is more of an adventure than our Saxapahaw offerings, but is still suitable for most paddlers. What Bynum lacks in comfort, it more than makes up for in spectacular views, teeming wildlife, and a real sense of escape into the wilderness. A great next step for veterans of our Sunset and Moonlight paddles!
