Book Club at Dharma

Looking to dive deeper into the world of spirituality? Join us for Dharma's very first Book Club! The group will be centered around sharing and learning from each other on our spiritual journeys. This club is perfect for individuals who are interested in spending time with like-minded people and discussing books. This will be like a shared reading group with the added bonus of being with people who are also committed to their own spiritual growth. It also gives us a chance to get closer to the teachings of the spiritual leaders whose works we are studying.

Each meeting will start with breathwork and meditation to bring us into a space of reflection and then a discussion on the current book, which will continue for an hour. We can't wait to have you!

Our first book up for discussion will be The Untethered Soul, by Michael Singer is a guide to inner peace, urging readers to let go of mental and emotional obstacles and connect to the deeper, unchanging part of themselves. The book promotes a path toward spiritual growth and self-realization, emphasizing freedom, acceptance, and presence. (book not included) please read up to page 67 or part lll before our 4/25 meet- we will break this book up into 5 parts reading 30 pages between monthly meets to ensure deeper thought and reflection!
