The Stride Tribe: Weekly Walking Group For Expectant & Postpartum Families

📣 Calling all expectant and postpartum moms! Join me every Wednesday starting 3/5 from 10:30-11:30am (weather permitting) for a nice walk on the greenway. This is the perfect way to move your body, connect with other like-minded souls, and ask any questions you may have surrounding birth and postpartum. We will meeting at the Jameson’s Joy parking lot and walk the trail from there. Hang out for awhile and let the kiddos play afterwards if you’d like.

✨ Let’s build community and connection while also nourishing our babies with mindful and intentional care. Please tag a mama who’d love to attend and share with anyone you may know! Updates will be posted to my story and the event page if the walk is cancelled. I’ll see you there!
