60-Minute Track Session – Threshold + Speed Endurance

Warm-Up
400 m brisk walk (RPE 3)
400 m easy jog (RPE 3)
2 × 100 m strides (RPE 5–6) with 100 m walk between

Main Sets of Repeats
400 m @ RPE 7 — 200 m jog recovery
200 m @ RPE 8 — 200 m walk recovery

Cool Down
400m


Cash Out – 8 min total
1200 m steady run @ RPE 5, focus on smooth form

Cool-Down – 7 min total
400 m walk + 400 m light jog
