Pinole Housing Community Input Discussion

The City of Pinole is in the process of implementing new programs and policies in order to support local homeowners and renters. This includes programs to rehabilitate abandoned and blighted properties, providing home repair support for elderly and lower income homeowners, updating and optimizing its rental inventory program to better understand and support renters and rental unit owners, and developing additional programs that can be funded through the City’s existing Housing Successor Fund. To do this in a way that best supports our residents, we are looking for community members to collaborate on these programs’ design!

We are looking for local homeowners, renters, business owners, property owners, housing providers, and property managers who are interested in ensuring these programs work for our community as effectively and efficiently as possible. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided at the meetings as well as limited translating services and child support.
