Judging & Performance:
Finalists will be chosen based on theme relevance, creativity, and originality, and will be invited to perform their pieces at Pine Crest Centre on 30 August, where judges will determine winners.
Prizes:
1st Place: R5 000 for learner + R5 000 for their school
2nd Place: R3 000 for learner + R3 000 for their school
3rd Place: R2 000 for learner + R2 000 for their school
All participants will receive a participation certificate.
Facebook Competition
All poems will be uploaded to a dedicated Facebook album.
Shoppers can vote, with the most-liked poem receiving the Viewers' Choice Award.
One lucky voter will win a R1 000 gift voucher.
