Yoga Foundations with Jack

Experience our new private, more intimate Studio One with a specialized yoga event focused on foundations and fundamental understanding of basic poses and alignment. Emphasis will be on body awareness, breathing techniques, modifications, props, building confidence and the mind-body connection. Understanding the foundations of yoga can increase flexibility, prevent injury, and build a base for a lifelong yoga practice.
