Join Us for Walk with a Doc – A Free Community Wellness Event!

Looking for a fun, easy way to boost your health and meet new people? Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program open to all ages and fitness levels. Our next walk will be led by Dr. Michele Selsor, D.P.M, who will share helpful insights on a current health topic before we hit the trail.

🚶‍♂️ Walk at Your Own Pace
Whether you’re a power walker or just starting out, you can walk at a pace and distance that feels right for you. Walking is one of the best ways to support both your physical and mental well-being!

💬 Learn from Dr. Selsor
The event begins with a brief health talk by Dr. Michele Selsor, D.P.M. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and chat with her during the walk.

Social connection is key to staying healthy. Bring a friend—or make a new one—as you walk and talk with others in your community.
