SilverSneakers Exercise Class & Holiday Potluck Lunch

Join us on December 6th, 2025 at 11 AM for our festive SilverSneakers class and holiday potluck! Meet our instructors, mingle with our fitness family, and get a great workout in before enjoying a cheerful shared lunch.

We encourage all attendees to sign up at our front desk and bring a holiday dish of their choice to share with the group.

This event is FREE for everyone.
